Im on Day 19 of the Shred and I have lost 6 lbs, and about 6 inches! It definitely works! I plan on doing Ripped after this and so excited! I have gained endurance and strength and you will not be disappointed if you do it. I have a Fitbit and also try to get at least 10K steps 5 days a week, and I do this with the Shred.

I'm on day 18 and saw noticeable muscle and strength difference and inches lost with the first week.

Im almost to level 3 of the Shred and I love it! Lost 5 lbs and about 7 inches so far and endurance and strength is awesome because of it!

I'm doing 30DS now and just bought the Ripped DVD to start as soon as I'm done. 30 Day Shred is giving me great results and I can't wait to do Ripped!

I'll be doing Ripped in 30, just bought the DVD. After that I am thinking either The Biggest Loser cardio or Turbo Jam or a mix of everything. Im hoping to be looking good in Dec after 2 months of butt kicking by Jillian!

I was able to do the plank jacks last night without modifying, and that felt like a HUGE accomplishment! I felt strong:)

Im planning on starting at the end of this month. Im almost done with 30 Day Shred, and just bought Ripped to do after Im done.

I think I am sweating more each day I do it, but I think that is because my endurance is better and Im working harder. Either way, Im glad my fat is crying:)

Today is Day 17 for me, and havent missed a day. It's been hard but been great 1 I just bought Ripped in 30 and plan to do that after Im done with this. Anyone else want to join up and do it as a gropup??

I plan on doing Ripped after I am done with the 30 Day Shred. I have 12 days to go. Im so pleased with the results, and cant wait to do Ripped.:)

I am doing Ripped in 30 soon. I am currently doing 30 Day Shred and I am on day 18. I have only lost 4 lbs so far, but have lost about 7 inches and I am thrilled!!

Haha! Awesome! I have 22 more lbs to be what my license says. Almost there:) I was like 74 lbs heavier than what my license showed originally!~

I just bought Ripped in 30, and plan on doing it as soon as I am done with this:) I have lost 4 lbs so far, 2 inches from my waist, 1 from my hips. This is amazing! Im thinking of doing TurboJam or Chalean after Ripped, so I am thinking this is a nice new addiction and motivator:)

I had major soreness in my back and shoulders! I kept begging my husband to massage my shoulders.

Im on day 14 and have lost almost 2 inches from waist and 1 on my hips and building definition in my arms. definitely works!

10,000 steps is 5 miles, give or take depending on your stride. I got my Fitbit in April and it has been the biggest motivator to me in being active and has helped me lose the weight. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I have lost over 50 lbs with diet and walkiung 5 miles a day!

I continue my walking. I have a Fitbit and walk at least 10K steps 5-6 times a week. It can get difficult, since most of the time I am doing 30DS in the evening about 7-8pm and it can get really hard to make myself do it after a long day of work. This group helps a lot in keeping the motivation and determination to finish!

I know how hard it is to be a military wife and Mom. My husband was a submariner and gone months at a time. You can do this!! You have had great success with the Shred and will feel so great after you finish it!

I will be starting it today, after work. Im nervous since I know it will be a challenge, but excited to have a new routine. All the floor exercises look like they will hurt tomorrow.
