I did a quick waist measurement and I am down 1 inch in the waist and down 3 lbs. I need to check the rest of my measurements. Im pretty sure I lost an inch in hips area too. Im psyched to keep going!

She totally just does biceps curl twice without the lunges...I laughed when I first noticed it. Guess she even gets tired:)

Today was day 10 for me!! On to level 2 tomorrow. I am excited as I was getting a little bored of level 1.

Today is Day 8 for me. I did a quick measurement and I have already lost an inch from my waist! I am also down 4 lbs. Super stoked and motivated to keep going!!

I'm on Day 7 and been pretty hungry the last few days. I'm thinking its the building of muscle and burning more calories in addition to my walking every day. I've upped my calories a but also.

Ive been pretty hungry too as I am doing my walking everyday with the Shred. My cals were 1200 but I am now averaging about 1400, and I burn between 800-1000 cals a day in exercise.

Im on day 6 right now on the Shred and I am planning on doing it everyday, with no breaks. Im also doing my walking 5-6 days a week. The first 2 days were tough. I was pretty sore. I feel good now and my endurance has definitely improved a lot!

Today is Day 6 for me. Yesterday felt great. I had way more endurance and can definitely feel the improvement! Almost to Part 2!!

I don't run, but I walk about 5 miles a day and I'm on Day 5 of the Shred. It's not bad. I was pretty sore the first couple days, but I'm good now and energy level is good:) You can do it!

Today is Day 4 for me. Yesterday was a lot easier as most of my soreness was gone. I feel stronger and building more endurance, which is awesome!

Im on Day 4 and this is the first time Im doing it. My endurance has already increased and I really like it! It is on Youtube for anyone who doesnt want to buy the videos:)

I have a fitbit, and I walk at least 5 miles 5-6 times a week in addition to doing the shred.

Today is Day 4 for me, and soreness is almost gone! Hallelujah:)

I have lost over 50 lbs since March with eating healthy and walking. My Fitbit has been a tremendous help. I try to get at least 10K steps at least 5 days a week. It has changed my life! I have done 2 5K's and about to a 3rd. Walking is amazing exercise:)

Today is day 3 for me, since I started on Sat. After 2 days, I know it is working. My chest, arms, abs and legs are sore! It is kicking my butt, but Im glad, as I am excited to see the end results:) Good luck to all of us!

I've noticed that I switch it up in my diet it helps. Sometimes I'll indulge and that helps me lose. I drink a lot of water which helps and I found the more protein I eat the easier the lbs come off. I need to do strength training and have decided to do the 30 day shred which shod help shock my body into losing some more.
