For a bit of variety add a sprig of rosemary or some bay leaves to the asparagus before wrapping. Yum.

Hi you could try wrapping it in parma ham and roasting at 200C/400F until the ham is crispy and has imparted its flavour to the fish. :smile:

Could not agree more, been doing the Hairy Dieter's recipes for over two months now and only come across one that was not to my liking.

Hairy Dieters curries are the best; the korma one is soo delicious and you would not believe it hardly contains any cream.
