My only advice is to ditch the "healthier" pancakes and just eat the real thing if that's what you want. It wont kill you, I promise. It's all about moderation. I love me some pancakes w/ butter and maple syrup.

Since I consume about 400-600 cals of ice cream per day I'll add: Albertsons Light Moosetracks - pretty sure im addicted to this stuff Dreyers (Edys) Slowchurned Mud Pie Any brand double fudge brownie I was pretty let down with the Breyers Snickers Ice cream..didn't even taste like snickers IMO

welp, you probably consumed less calories over the weekend then you burned which made you lose weight. cutting carbs, refined sugars and "bad" foods isnt a magic trick to lose. Anyone who believes that is really just a fear mongerer.

idk about staying full for hours but 1 apple can usually hold me over for 3-4 hours if need be. Must be followed by a large meal though.
