This!! Being active, watching portions, and eating healthy is the ONLY way to do this! It's my opinion that you need to change your lifestyle to achieve your goal!! Good Luck~

That's 4 pounds a week to lose 80 - not Healthy!!
-
You're body decides where it wants to lose the fat, not you!! Sorry!
-
I eat 1 pkg of instant Maple Oatmeal with 4 scoops of PB2 (for protein) 250 calories and 15 grams protein! I will tell you this taste just like a Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookie!!!
-
I add Sweet-n-Low and two scoops of PB2 and it taste just like a Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookie!!!!

I've got it mastered. I eat high protein and lots of veggies! I find that the protein keeps me full longer. I was worried when my trainer bumped me down to 1200 calories. But so far so good. I had been at a plateau for a year and now I've lost 4 pounds in three weeks. Google high protein low calorie foods or meals.

How did you change your macros?
-
1.1 pounds a week is amazing! It didn't come on in two weeks; it will take much longer to come off. Set a smaller goal of 10 or 20 pounds than you 2.2 will look even better. Once you've reached you goal, set a new one!!! Make sure you are measuring your food!!
-
Why diet? Make life style changes that will last you a life time of feeling great!
-
1 1/2 pounds a week is a great steady way to lose weight. Keep up the good work. You'll find that workouts might help with your stress levels. Good luck!

Dr. Oz; I wouldn't do anything he promotes. He's getting PAID!!
-
I tend to have one Mich Ultra then two waters, then another Ultra, then two waters. By then it's time to go home!
-
Looks like I need to do a little research on wraps!
-
I'm 5'5 and at 169 hoping to get to 155 or a size 8. I'm trying to to focus on my weight to much because I lift weights!
-
Weights Weights!!! I've had huge success in lifting. Not much weight loss, but several inches lost! I love Kelly Coffee-Myers DVD's for strength training. I've gotten them off Amazon. Good Luck!
-
Size 8 - Currently in a size 10!
-
Stick with it!! You may want to review your calorie intake. I wasn't eating enough when I started lifting. I increased my calories and started to see a difference in my body. I gained 8 pounds but my clothes fit better. I didn't do measurements, but I can see and feel the difference. Try not to focus on the scales to much.

My goal is to go from a size 10 down to a size 8. Not sure how many pounds that will be because I'm trying to build muscle and lost body fat! I'm starting a local 8 week Fitness Resolution next week to help me reach my goal! Good Luck to everybody on their goals!!

2014 Resolutions: 1). Go from a size 10 to a size 8! 2). Beat all my 5K race times from 2013! 3). Complete my associates degree!

Lift weights!! That's what worked for me. I was averaging 12 min mile and then I started lifting weights and I'm now running a 10 min mile. For weight lifting I do Kelly Coffee Myers DVD's with hand weights. I've seen great results.
-
Super excited for you! Size 8 is my final goal for this year! I've got 3 months and 10 pounds! Your inspiration, thanks for sharing!!
-
You don't have to use the gym. I lift at home. I use Kelly Coffee-Myers DVD's with 8lb, 10lb, 12lb, and 15lb. weights. My arms/legs look great and the lifting has increased my running speed. Her DVD's are 25-30 minutes. I've gotten all mine of amazon!
-
Yep, I can see it it around your middle, mostly on your sides!
-
Holy! Amazing and inspirational to others.

"Yes", I didn't think much about it but I went from 3 miles to 4/5 miles. Then after reading everyone's post I also realized I'd gone form crushed stone to pavement/sidewalks. So I'm cutting back for a while to see if the shin splints go away.
