I found her program to be hard on my knees and wrist. I was unable to do more than 5 days! I have switched to Kelly Coffee-Myers and have seen amazing results. She has several DVD"s that I got on Amazon!

I don't remember!!! LOL :drinker:

Wow, I felt like I was reading my own story! My time frame is a bit different than your, but I too have been at a standstill since January of this year! I have 15 pounds to lose for my final goal weight. I have lost a total of 60. I've been struggling with the eating part and have been very lucky that I've kept up with the…

Twice a day! Only record weight on Fridays, before weekend eating!!!

Nutella is crack in a jar. It's not allowed in our home! I can eat a whole jar in one day! I have the same downfall with peanut butter, but that has not been banned. I eat PB2 instead of real peanut butter!

You look amazing... You've got these last 8 pounds!!!
-
Are you eating back your workout calories? Is it possible your under eating!
-
Morning, I did my first "Ripped in 30" on Sunday and then again on Monday! Yesterday I was SO sore, could not lift my arms over my head. I did manage to get in a 3 mile run! However today I just could not drag myself out of bed.. I'm looking forward to a run later today.. Can't wait to hear how you feel after day two or…

Great Job!! Try not to focus to hard on how far you have to go and remember how far you have come!!!!!

Just mean, plain mean!!!! (these are two of my favorites and I can't stop myself so they are BANNED from our home)

Great Job!!!!

Honesty is always the best policy!! Kiddos to you for holding yourself responsible and being honest with yourself and all of us here on MFP... I hope you look back on this day and remind yourself that if you can over come being screwed then the rest is just a walk in the park!!!
-
It could be a mental thing! Stop telling yourself " I always get stuck at 190". Start telling yourself "185 is just around the corner and I can do this". Look at changing up your workout and what your eating. I have to change things up every 2-3 weeks or I plateau! Good Luck, you can do this!

Did somebody say Peanut Butter!!
-
Me too!!! I love donuts. I would be willing to hurt somebody to get a donut.
-
Peanut Butter; however I have switched to PB2! I DO have to stay, far away from Nutella. As somebody said on MFP "that stuff is crack in a jar"...

I would love to offer you some advice; however I live in VT and there are plenty of hills and I choose not to run them!! I'm doing a 5K tomorrow that is a very Hilly course and I'm freaking out. Have you Google "learning to run hills" or something like that. I bet there is tons of advice on the web! Good Luck!
-
Right there with you! I keep trying to run a full 3 miles. I've come to terms that running is not my strong suit, but I will keep trying!!!

hahahahahahahhahahahha

Watermelon is 98-99% water, so based on your beer logic I should be logging watermelon under "water" and not food!!! :drinker:

Check out Kelly Coffee-Meyers weight DVD'S on Amazon! I have built up my muscle mass and improved my running!
-
On occasion eat the "Healthy Choice" meals! I watch the sodium and make sure they are high in protein so I'm not hungry an hour after eating one! I keep them in the freezer at work in case I can't take a lunch and need something in a pinch!
-
No matchy matchy here! Some days I look like a neon billboard! I agree with Rahlpn "strive for clean"....
-
Do your research! There is so much great info on line about eating healthy!! I would guess your not eating enough! Looks like you may need more protein! I run/walk three miles every morning and need about 1600 calories a day to lose weight. I tried to eat less and my weight didn't move! Read articles, read more articles,…
