I am losing very little weight. My day starts with Active lifestyle raisin, walnut, apple oatmeal made with water, than I go to the gym burn 500-600 calories, come home sometimes I have a peach, than lunch is a huge salad with fat free dressing and than more fruit for a snack, dinner is chicken and a salad, or tuna fish in a whole wheat pita pocket, and more fruit I drink about 15 8oz glasses of water and go back to the gym and burn between 450-500 calories... What can I do??

If you're burning around 1000 calories at the gym are you sure you're eating enough? If you under-feed yourself your body goes into starvation mode and you'll have much more trouble losing weight.0

You haven't told us anything about you or your food plan and your diary isn't open so we can't tell if there might be a problem there. As a stab in the dark- Do you eat a lot of fruit? Could you be getting too many carbs and too much sugar there?
Do you go to the gym everyday? What kind of exercises do you do? It sounds maybe you're spending too much time there and are getting fed up not seeing results. Most people don't need to burn that many calories to lose weight0 -
I agree with logicofsound, it doesn't sound like you are eating enough. It is counter-intuitive I know, but I'd say (depending on your weight/height) you should net at least 1000 if not 1200 calories. The heavier one is, that number may even be higher...I've learned this the very hard way myself, and even if the weight seems to come off slower, its better than gaining it all back (quick) the minute you have a sandwich instead of salad (i.e.) Best Wishes;)0

You are burning far too much and not eating enough.
Go to the gym once a day, and not every day. Your body needs rest - it's just as important as exercise.
Eat more and eat back your exercise calories. You are eating a lot of fruit and salad, which are good for you, but the 'everything in moderation' rule applies to that as well. Try and find some room for good fats in your diet, salmon, nuts, avocado, peanut butter, etc. Hell, have a treat as well. This needs to be a lifestyle change, and what you are doing is not sustainable.0 -
I try to stay away from dairy. Try to drink the Almond vanilla milk. stay away from dairy. I just don't know what the healthy snacks are. My doctor said to read the Eat to Live book and follow that eat lots of fruit and greens and I should lose the weight and I am not of course I tweaked his diet some. would it hurt to eat out once a week to make up calories.0

Do your research! There is so much great info on line about eating healthy!!
I would guess your not eating enough! Looks like you may need more protein!
I run/walk three miles every morning and need about 1600 calories a day to lose weight. I tried to eat less and my weight didn't move!
Read articles, read more articles, and then read some more! I read everyday to get new tips and ideas for eating, exercise, and health!!!0 -
I agree with the comments above, sounds like you are not eating enough and your body has gone into starvation mode. Eat more calories, but try eating healthy at the same time, balance your meals. good luck! x0
