Are you eating enough? Running is a high calorie burner, so check your calories. I hit a plateau and discovered I wasn't eating enough! Just an idea!

Everybody is different. I gave up diet pepis and lost 6 pounds that week. I'm pretty sure it was water, I believe for ME the soda was making me retain water.. Give it a try, what have you got to lose, but weight!

Do your research! You should be sure that your eating enough. Look at the big picture. Building muscle takes protein. It may be that he's not really "telling you what to do", but is concerned about you!!

I don't know what your current weight is, but I think you should up your calorie intake. Drink lots of water. Make sure you are eating with a half hour of doing the "Shred". Your muscles need protein!! Make sure you have taking measurements and pictures!!! You can do this. Don't give up!

I only work out at home! I have a "huge" library of DVD's. I really enjoy Kelly Coffee-Meyers DVD's. I'm almost at my goal weight so strength training has become a must for me. Check out Amazon, they have a great selection of DVD's.
