If you don't mind me asking, what is your current weight?

Morning, I'm 5' 5". My starting weight was 228 on Feb. 20, 2012 - size 22 pants... Today I'm 163.5 and size 10 pants = lost of 64.5 pounds.. My goal is 150-155 size 8 pants. I haven't posted pictures for a couple months. I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 and will post results then!

It does NOT work. Eat healthy and working out WORKS! I spent well over $200 and no results! Spend the money on fruits, veggies, or a great workout DVD..

I completed week 2 day 4 today. So far so good. I can already see and feel the results. I take Saturday and Sunday's off. I downhill ski on the weekens so doing the workout and skiing would be way to much for my knees. My knees are sore today, however I skied over 30 miles this weekend so that doesn't help. Stick it out…

Apple with cheese stick Hummins 2 tbs with 4 crackers Great Yogurt Banana with 1 tbs of PB2 Grapes with cheese stick Spinach Dip 2 tbs with 4 crackers I try to always include protein! Helps keep hunger at bay.

WK 1 = 166 Wk 2 = 164 - * 2 pound weight loss. Jillian Michaels is beating the pounds right off me! I can't wait to take measurements on Feb. 1st.

I did take measurements, however this was because I'm also doing Ripped in 30.

1/3/13 - SW 166 My weigh date is Friday's. So I will log my weight LOSS this Friday! Goal Weight 150!

Completed Day 2 - Level 1 today! Love/Hate relationship with Jillian, she's mean!!! Took before pictures and measurements. Wondering if Ishouldn't add extra cardio as well. Is anybody else doing extra workouts in addition to 30DS?

1). Get into a size 8 by strength training 2). Run at least 3 marathons 3). Use the F-bomb less! 4). Spend more time with family & friends 5). Spend at least two nights a month doing my Hobby; Scrapbooking!!! 6). Eat Healthy, Love Life, Workout like my Life depends on it!! Cheers!!!

You need to have this dog put down!! Sorry, but my son was bitten in the face 8 times and has mulitple scars. I'm sure you want to protect yourself, family, and everybody around you! I think you know what needs to be done and it cant be an easy choice. Sorry your having to make this choice!
