That's super. This happened to me as well. I was able to put my ski pants on and have my son get in them with me!! Too Funny!!! Great Job on your weight loss!!

I've lost 61 pounds. My stomach looking better, not perfect. Perfect is not ever going to happen. As you get close to your goal weight your stomach isn't going to matter. Your health and how you feel will be more than enough!! Good Luck!

I had to make the change to morning workouts this past September. Tips: Set your alarm away from my bed so you have to physical get out of bed to turn it off. 1380 caloires and not eating back you excersice calories. I would guess your not eating enough! You burn alot of calories doing Zumba so I'm guessing that would put you below 1000 calories. Your body needs more! I had to up my calories and the weight started coming off again.

I started my Fit by 40 on Feb. 20, 2012. To date I have lost 62 pounds and have 16 to go. I will be turning 40 in April! I have NOT dieted! I have eaten healthy and worked out almost every day!! It has been a life change for me! I can't wait to post my pictures in April. Best of luck to you!

I have been "eating healthy and working out for 8 months now" with a total weight lose of 60 pounds. I have not refered to my life style change as a "Diet". Diets never worked for me. To me it's like a bad word. Who want's to be on a "diet" for the rest of their lives. It's a total mindset for me. Good Luck!

Drink Lots of Water before your meals!!! Holiday mornings be sure to get in a full workout. Get your metabolism working! I try to take a walk outside after the meal. Increase your protein and give it a couple weeks. I was a wreck when I gave up soda! But after a couple weeks I couldn't believe how much better I felt.
