There are so many different opinions on HIIT - I would do what feels best for you. I have a DVD where I run for 1 1/2 minutes and lift weights for 1 minute. Doing that for a 20 minute cycle. I love it. Check out Kelly Coffee Myers DVD's; she has a couple that have HIIT format!!

Not much you can do. I went from a D to a Small B.. This was from a total weight loss of 55 pounds. I'm not happy about it, but the rewards of being healthy far out way the lack of boobs!!

Eating 1000 calories? That maybe why you are bloody hunger! Just a little something to think about. More muscle takes more energy/food to move.

I agree with this!! I've been lifting and people are commenting on "my weight loss" and I respond "nope haven't lost a pound". I'm losing fat but gaining muscle. I'm down a pant size but haven't lost a pound!! Loving it!!

I add PB2 to increase the protein and give it the peanut butter taste. I use Weight Control Oatmeal that is maple flavored. So between the oatmeal and the PB2 it taste like a Peanut Butter No Bake Cookie! 205 calories and 11 grams protein.

Your correct that every BODY is different. The BMI charts say that my goal weight should be under 145. My doctor has stated that is very unrealistic for me because of my muscle mass. Great Job!! One of my goals was to weight less than my husband. I'm now under him by 30 pounds and I"m officially the lightest in my house!! Feels good! Keep up the hard work!

You should check out Kelly Coffee-Meyers DVD's on Amazon! I've gain amazing muscle definition right in my own home. I use 8#, 10#, 12#, and 15# hand weights!

Morning, I drink "one large" fountain diet soda a day. It's my go to. I had stopped for a full year during my weight loss journey. I"m currently trying to lose those last 10 pounds.
