Vietnemese cinnamon (OMG so good), unsweetened vanilla almond milk, packet of stevia or sweetener, and 1/2 scoop of protein powder...keeps me full and satisfied....

I usually eat a big bowl of romaine with all the veggies (peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes....) about 3-4 oz of lean protein (tuna, grilled chicken, etc) and a lowfat/low cal dressing of some sort.......

Also, make sure you weigh yourself right after you use the restroom in the morning before you eat or drink or do anything. And yes, once per week. Otherwise it's just crazy to see the way your body fluctuates....
