I have shashlik or tikka and ask for some green chillies on the side to some heat :). Also seems spicy poppadum is lower calorie than non-spicy, replace nan with Chiapata, also have boiled rice.

I have given up KFC, McD and Bk also less Domino's, I am not sure I enjoyed them that much and now make different choices, though some are not as quick to get but so be it. I suspect I'd still have a Zinger or McD breakie in the future just not as regularly and part of a calorie controlled diet.

We have a CIN event on Sunday with a Car Group we are in and I am taking some cakes :-), been good all week as I like cake :-)

Not considered it, till this post :-) but will relax my daily calories target and see how close I get but intend to log what I eat, as over the weeks I may well be able to maintain a decent average and also intend on mitigate it to a degree with some walks.

Not initially for weight lost but for health, I probably have a couple of bottles of Peroni or Cobra every 2 or 3 months, I used to drink quite regularly. Since doing MFP and going our recently when I had a couple Peroni's quite a lot of calories in the stuff :-) Nice ice cold though.
