Fitbit and Days with extra exercise

Calorie Burn Plans For the Weekend
Its nearly the weekend, first of 2013 What are your exercise/calorie burn plans? For me 5 or 6 mile walk tomorrow and a 12 mile bike ride on Sunday.

Target 2 reached
Reached my healthy BMi today have lost 22lbs/10.1kg since Mid July about 13.2% of my weight since then. I have two more targets before I hit my ultimate target weight before moving to maintenance. What have you done to burn calories today?
We walked to B&Q at lunch time 29mins and to the Supermarket this evening 37mins, both a change as pre all this we'd have jumped in the motor. Little things add up and combining exercise with a task is a good feeling. What have you done?
