Of course you can! Stick to it! I have lost almost 50 pounds and am kind of stuck right now but having somekind of support system always helps. Good luck on your journey to slimness!:)

I might have a diet pepsi every other day or so. I mostly stick to the water. Have you tried putting the crystal light into your water? It is great to get away from the plain water but still have your water intake.

Well, I'm in, I'm just starting a little late in the month.

I seem to have water weight during that time but then lose more after its over. But I feel real hungry I've noticed during that time of the month.
