  • I still struggle with binging also and know that it’s much easier said then done to do some of these things, but for me what has really worked is everyday I write in a journal, whether I’ve binged or not, and write down how I am feeling. It is very evident that on the days I binge I feel so terrible after it, so when I…
  • I'm 22 5'4 and looking to lose around 6 lbs! I lost 30 lbs about 4 years ago doing exactly what I am doing now (fell off the wagon a bit over the past few months) so feel free to add me!
  • I agree with everyone above about seeking medical help first, but... for my own personal experience (had a small bout with binging) I felt that the only way I could keep myself from "overindulging" was to track my food. Dont restrict yourself too much, but by having it laid out for you to see, I wouldnt eat in excess! Good…

I also bike on the weekends and do active activities, so hopefully that can add to my weekly exercise. Im hoping once I get more accustomed to my new schedule ill be able to add working out in easier because…

  • I tried to get up a few times but honestly I felt like I got hit by a truck the rest of the day LOL. Im hoping I might start to get used to my new schedule and be able to wake up super early at some point. Im lucky enough that my workplace is right near a gym also! And yeah that is true. I am in a deficit, with not much…

  • Loaded sweet potatoes with banana, berries, and pb2 powder!
  • When you microwave quest bars for about 30-45 seconds they go from shoe leather to an actual edible cookie texture (but they still ruin my digestive system).
  • Thanks to everyone for the replys they were all very interesting to read and get different perspectives! I am pretty lean at this point (124 lbs) and my goal is 120. I've brought my cals down quite low for myself and I exercise very hard so it's hard to keep this up and maintain my normal life. If in this next week the…
  • For me the weight loss really started happening when I cut out white carbs like white bread, rice, potatoes and replacing them with brown rice, whole grain breads, and sweet potatoes.
  • I always have a day when I don't use my fitness pal, and that usually involves a higher calorie meal that I wouldn't eat on a normal day. I just think it gives my mind a break and gives me motivation for the next week to stay on track.
  • Thank you for your input! It definitely puts my mind at ease!
  • I'll try that and see what happens, thanks for the reply!
  • I'm about six days away from my TOM so that could also be a factor and I also do track my fiber. I usually go over my goal everyday because I eat a ton of vegetables
