If you don't consume much fish, taking an omega 3 supplement is a good idea. :) Some people swear by l-theanine to help with weight loss and emotional well being, but I prefer drinking it in green tea form. ^_^

Diet coke and rum isn't bad! Especially with a slice of lime. Same thing goes for diet gingerale. I know you said that vodka isn't your drink of choice, but it's worth giving a vodka and tonic a try. :)

Fish oil might also be helpful, particularly if you're low on vitamin D. :)

I take One A Day Women's. I actually don't take them -every- day. I aim for every other day or so. Try to take them with a meal to avoid getting an upset stomach, but also to help absorb the fat-soluble vitamins. (Such as vitamin a & e.)

I'm not saying it's a reason for me to not be concerned. Considering that I used to smoke about half a pack a day when it was finals week in college, I consider smoking once or twice a week to be a big improvement.

I know I'm a little late, but the way I see it, do what you have to do to get by the best you can. At this point, it's pretty indisputable that smoking is unhealthy, but that doesn't mean that a person can't be in good health overall even if they're a smoker. Don't worry about sugar from fruits! That shouldn't stop you from eating them. Just try to avoid the added stuff. A lot of cereal contains added sugar, so maybe try switching to oatmeal, plain shredded wheat (if you're okay with gluten), eggs, or something of that nature for breakfast.

Loyal Angel, that is why I have discovered that audiobooks + working out is a great combination. It makes me feel twice as productive, and the time passes more quickly as well. :)
