It is called BodyMedia Fit in the play store on my android. I just set it up....in MFP, there is a place called "Apps" on your dashboard.....go into that and then find the BodyMedia one....you can link them together there. I don't know if MFP only sends the food log once a day, as it is not showing up on my BodyMedia…

Well, my first 6 days were a success! I am down 10 pounds and 7 inches! Tomorrow is my GF day, so I'm kinda nervous about that!

That's kinda what I was thinking too. I would think that it should only be used once you get to a stall. There are a couple things I'm struggling with, but this is only day 2 so I'm pushing on. :)

I love the advice on this subject...I'm the same way. While I am at work, it is really simple to stay on track. I drink my water all day, have all my meals with me and ready to go. But on my days off, it's like I don't know what to do first lol.
