I am with you on that one.DDP was my favorite,still think about getting one,but have maintained by adding a little lemon to my water and green tea,gives me some sweetness. Good luck!:)

Avoid processed/fast foods.Eat fruits,vegetables and lean protein.Have some oats with flax seeds and drink lots of water.Good Luck!:)

Get a small cooler and have bags of fresh veggies with hummus,cut up friuts prepared ahead.String cheese,hand full of almonds are good snacks. I eat very similar to you,but still go over in my sugar at times.As long as it's coming from healthier foods,fruits,I don"t think it matter so much,unless you are way over and have endocrine problems.Good luck!:)

I like chocolate whey protein powder w/almond unsweetened milk and a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter.Or I will use my whey protein chocolate powder w/coconut milk.Both taste refreshing!:)

Set the alarm,or set two alarms if you need to,put them across the room. Once I am up,I am ready to go after I have a cup of green tea to help energize me,then work out hard.

Drink lots of water,increase your exercise routine and intensity,do weights first,then try cardio.Watch th amt.of carbs,I found eating lower carbs,higher protein and good fats helps me burn.Most of all,don"t give up<YOU CAN DO THIS!:)

I have this problem too,because of my meds. Even if I eat alot of veggies and drink lots of water,still have problems.I found if you add flax to your food,drink some aloe vera juice or psyllium husks,that helps.Good luck,hope everything improves.,

Yes,I think everyone tends to gain some.I usually gain abt.5 lbs.I try not to weigh myself during this time,so I do not get discouraged.Don't worry,it will come back off when it's all said and done.Keep exercising it helps shed the water weight and you feel better,less crampy,less moody...

Be patient,it takes time.I gained before I lost too. There are alot of factors,could be muscle,water retention,lactic acid buildup from working out.Don'T just focus on the scale,get your measurements.Maybe give yourself an off day from exercise,7 days a week is alot.Keep the faith,you are doing fine.:)

I only eat back a small portion of what I have burned.Seems when I don"t,MFP tells me I am not eating enough to keep my metabolism up.I can say,I have been somewhat confused abt.this myself,just trying different ways to see what works.

Don't get discouraged,this happens. Like others have said,it can be water weight,too much sodium...I lost 4 lbs in the beginning,then one day I weighed myself and had gone up 3 lbs.,found out it was my sodium intake.I just drank more water and kept exercising and the weight was off,plus more.Keep positive!:)
