That sounds and is dangerous! Talk to your doctor before you do this. I was going to do a fasting cleanse and my doctor was against it because of it counteracting the meds I was on.Please be careful our health is more important than losing the weight quickly.

I got mine from my chiropractor,but I think you can order it online.It's a roll on natural pain reliever.Oh, Advil liquid gels helped alot too.

I feel I do my best workout in the a.m. I drink some green tea,have some oatmeal,then workout for abt.90 minutes or more.Then I refresh with protein after workout,feel great all day when I do this!:)

WHole wheat pasta,tastes weird and has a bizarre texture.QUinoa I used to not like,but now I can eat it by doctoring it up with chicken broth and vegetables.Tofu,sounds weird,has no taste and feels weird.I have to say,I like the ground turkey/chicken,but I doctor it up w/spices.

I look in the mirror state my goals and I make my environment conducive to losing.I have removed all unhealthy foods/snacks,replaced them with healthy ones. I think of the reasons I want to be thinner and healthier,that keeps me MOTIVATED. When I get upset,I go to the gym,not the fridge anymore.Best of luck,YOU CAN DO…

I log on cheat days to hold me accountable.The one thing I try to do even on a cheat day is use portion control,order the dessert,but eat 1/2.It's even more of a shocker when you see what 1/2 came too,keeps me honest when I am not cheating. Besides,they say everything in moderation is better.:)

These both sound yummy!!:) I just take one scoop of chocolate whey protein,add 1 cup of Almond milk and a 1/2 tbsp.of natural peanut butter. Makes me think I had a candy car instead of a shake,cures my cravings.Will have to try your recipes.Thanks for sharing... Bump

I am having the same problem,but the fats I am eating that put me over are the good fats in nuts,advocados,coconuts,EVOO.The one place I can skim down,is by alternating eating whole egg vs.egg whites on other days.Good luck to you.:)

I make my long grain brown rice with reduced sodium chicken broth and add onions,varietyof vegetables with EVOO and saute.Yum

I skip the rice,get the sauce on the side,so I can just add a little to my food and not take in too many calories,or sodium. I like Moo Goo GAi Pan,healthy unfried chicken w/lots of fresh vegetables.Enjoy:)

I have never tried Hemp seeds.I always use flax seeds,they are high in omega 3's,good for body,mind and soul.I eat them ground in a smoothie,in soups,or on salads,in yogurt or oats.

It is a preference only thing...I eat breakfast because it gives me energy,I am not that much of an am person,and it helps get me going.THAT"S ALL<TO EACH THEIR OWN.

I like both the almond and coconut unsweetened milk in my protein shakes.Sometimes I will get a travel size almond milk vanilla flavor for a treat,because it's sweeter than the original and it makes me think I had a treat.:)

I eat some fresh fruit,or have a frozen smoothie w/almond milk. If I crave chocolate,I have a rice cake with Jif hazelnut chocolate spread on it,does the trick.Of course,like everyone has said,you can have a day where you cheat every now and then,but then return to healthy eating.

I havebeen using turkey to make meatloaf for a long time,I add some fresh salsa in mine to give it a little kick. I also use ground turkey,or ground chicken in tacos and spaghetti sauce.Tastes just as great,but a little better for you than the beef.
