  • I've comeback many times. My greatest weight was 405 pounds with a 64" waist. Shirt sizes 6 XL. I told myself this time I wasn't doing starvation diets. I wanted to be a smaller man so I made up my mind to eat as such. I'm 184 pounds now. My pants are a 33" waist and my shirt size a medium.
  • Don't give up.I was 405 pounds back in December 2014.I had a hard time walking from the kitchen to the living room.Now I'm 203 pounds.I walk an average of 8 miles a day.I'm glad I made the change.Life at 400+ pounds wasn't easy.

  • I started on my diet back on 2/22/15.I'm diabetic.I was a hugh carb eater.My blood sugar was through the roof.I watch my carbs theses days.I no longer have that starving feeling.I eat 4 small meals a day.I've lost 84 pounds as to date.I know in time I'll reach my goal.I'll never let myself go back to the pizza and cookies.
