My advice...either reset your MFP goal settings with your current stats & set to "sedentary" & i wouldn't go over a loss of .5kg. There really is no need to eat at such a low calorie intake, even without exercise, you will still lose weight providing you are using accurate logging. OR work out your TDEE then subtract 20%,…

Congratulations on your weightloss! It is excess skin, you are young, so your skin is still elastic & given time will reduce some. Best advice i can give, if you have reached your goal weight or when you do, maintain that weight for at least 12 months & then see how much excess skin you have then. Too many people rush into…

^^^^^ Very well explained, ive lost 80 pounds so far following as clean as possible eating & the Gracious Pantry site is great, Tiffany is a really nice girl too. Clean eating for dummies is also a great read, very easily explains the whole philosophy & some interesting facts in it as well.

As i said, im by no means an expert & i have learned a considerable amount from this site over the last 8 months, however, i would argue that there are no healthy fats...i consider things such as avocado & nuts in moderation to contain healthy fats but i wont  In regard to fast & or junk food...i dont miss or…

Hi, Im Susan, 46, from Australia, been on MFP for 6 months & have lost 25.7kgs or 57 pounds so far purely through changing what i eat. Im about halfway to achieving my desired weight. What is your protein intake like? Some people, including myself, suffer from it if our protein levels are too high. I backed off on the protein a little & it fixed the problem

Once a woman said to me that i was fat...(well at 297 pounds at the time it didn't take a genius to work that out!) Anyway, my response to her comment was "yes, but I can lose weight, what can you do about your face?" Funnily enough, i never heard another weight related comment come out of her mouth.
