I use both apps as well and I tend to go with what Endomondo says. Reason being is that it takes more into consideration, like elevation(going up and down hills), the temperature outside whie your working out and various other factors that MFP doesn't.
-
I'm also in the process of losing a lot of weight. I started at 398 and currently down to 317 and aiming for 180. Feel free to add me if you'd like!

I like to bike and walk on the Leon Creek Greenway a lot. It's a nice trail and no traffic to worry about!

There are a few rough spots, but for the most part, it's a pretty easy trail and there's no traffic to worry about! I love going on the trail.

I notice you're not drinking enough water. That can actually cause water retention especially paired with a high sodium intake.

I like Redline. I like it more for the energy boost it gives while I'm at work, but I do find it curbs my appetite as well. The pills are a little pricey, but there is also a liquid for that is a little more reasonable.

Wow....I would have been crushed if my mother ever said she hated me. Kids are a product of their raising and in this day and age it's always "someone elses fault", never their own. Take some responsibility and raise your kids properly! Anyone who says they hate their kids ought to be ashamed of themselves and have nobody…

I have some stuff called PB2 and it's awesome! It's basically roasted peanuts that have been pressed to squeeze the oil out of them and ground to a powder. I add milk to it and it's just like peanut butter but with 45 calories for 2 tbsp. They also have a chocolate version that's great! Amazon sells it and some local…

The first time I used my soda stream, I screwed up and put the flavoring in BEFORE carbonating and it fizzed out really bad! I don't know if it was just the syrup I used or what, but you should be able to carbonate fruit juice without a problem.
-
Get a soda stream. I have one and you can carbonate anything, even just tap water. It's great!

I'm in the same situation. I eat around 1500 calories a day and recommended is 2600. I've started eating full fat dairy instead of fat free, eating more fruit throughout the day, healthy fats like peanut butter and avocados. I've been losing weight but I don't want lose lean mass or have my metabolism slow to a halt. I've…

I used to feel the same way after work. I work 8 to 6 and on my feet all day. The best way I found is to rest a couple hours after work and then get up to work out. it may seem hard at first, but it get easier the more you do it until it's just natural to you. I've tried doing it before work but 1, I'm not a morning…

Personally, I see it unsustainable. You need complex carbs for energy and dietary fat for proper fat-soluble vitamin(A, D, E, and K) absorption. If you're set on doing it, I'd go no longer than a week. Essentially, it sounds like an Atkins-type diet plan.
