1. I put on a dress in a size I have never worn in my adult or teenage life. Only a year ago, I was a dress size 16 or 18. Oh the horrors of looking at my old face. Ugh. So....the before and after is pretty obvious I think This is somewhere around 210lbs This is somewhere around 160 About a 50 pound difference. I think my face is a lot less round :)

Today is only day 4 of level one for me, but I have stuck with my regular cardio plan so far. Jogging on Sunday, Tuesday, cross train Wednesday, jog on Thursday, and jog on Saturday. So far I've been able to keep up with doing both!

Just finished Day 3 of Level 1. Feeling it, but not as much as I anticipated. I'm very glad I am still doing my cardio on the side!! 2.5 mile run today in 30 minutes. Wish me luck for a good time!

My fiance and I started this a few days ago. And trust me, we were definitely on the couch end of things. I won't say we still aren't, but so far we are enjoying it. It is nice to know you are doing something healthy for yourself...and if we are actually able to do a 5K at the end, that will feel AWESOME <3
