I set my goal ticker on here for the end goal, but in my bio I wrote down my small goes and the dates I reach them (none have been reached..yet..just started) . Glad you're here. You've got plenty of support here. :) Btw. Looking at your picture, you're gorgeous.

I walk at the high incline, at a moderate rate..then i sprint for one minute on a low incline, then walk at a high incline..I don't think it's 500 cals worth, but we'll see when I get my HRM. :)

Yeah, I'm waiting for mine to come in. I know I'm probably burning less than the machine says, but I'll know more when I get my HRM. I know I'm sweating like a pig for those 45 minutes and I feel pretty good for it. LOL Calories burned are a plus.

Yeah I do doubt it's fat, if any actually. I just started calorie counting, I don't know how it works necessarily or how much leg room you have for screw up days, cheat days, starvation mode and etc. So it may be silly, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. So I ask, Google and pray lol

Reading the comments on this, it says that the net calories are about 1200..so it's healthy calories, but I need to net about 1500-1600..so I'm afraid my body might go into starvation mode..but it's only for 3 days.
