Also I would recommend doing some body weight exersizes and u also can make them into a cardio/Bodley weight movement which is really fun and helps build and tone

Lol smushy haha well I'm loosing weight lost a stone in last month or just over a month and my top half has stayed big I'm broad shoulders arms and chest and back so having to where baggy tops and people keep asking if iv put on weight not a good thing

not at all u work out a lot and so makes u more hungry, in the morning try adding oats to your shake keep u fuller longer and don't cut out red meat its a slow digestions try and have it on a night time so keeps yu from going catabolic, I say stick with the p90x for a few weeks while at school with all the stuff going on…

id recommend stating straight away and getting in to it if u have acsess to a gym ask a personal trainer about what would be best for you at the gym you are at if not id be glad to help u out

thanks thats alot of help ill just make sure to make sure my knees dont hurt and keep an eye on them thanks and i might keep my pt tho but just knock the gym down i love fitness but i love my weights alot haha but i be training in a propper sports area with my five finger shoes

make some protein pancakes that you put in the freezer then just pop them in the toaster in the mornings then there u go its what i do

wish i could get like caffene pills for like $4 but i live in uk where there like 15-20 pound not good and the new jack3d is all good they banned it only place u can get old is of people who stocked up on it befor it got banned so if its the new one should be all good

yes well done just remember no matter how hard it gets still doing better then anyone who isnt and after a while of cardio id say try some HIIT its really good helped me shed a stone in like 4 1/2 weeks so well done and keep it up

im from uk and i will be poasting alot more as of now as i havent recently as iv been to buisy but things have died down i got alot of fitness food ideas and a new program that i will be starting today

id go with the water thing and try going with zero or low cal fizzy drinks I go through a lot and keeps me from getting hungry and its weird tactic but when you have eaten put your fork down befor taking another bite or try adding more veg to your meals makes u fuller longer hope it helps
