I love steak.. again its about moderation, if you want something, enjoy it, just dont eat a half a cow.

I love spin and when I was at 24 hour fitness taking classes I dropped weight like crazy.. I would burn 1100+ cals per hour.

I borrowed a resistance band and I can do arm exercises while i am sitting talking on the phone

I mainly look for added chemical ingredients and preservatives.. extra ingredients I wouldn't add if I made it fresh..

Its all mathematics.. as long as over a period of time you run an overall deficit its all the same in the end.

I used to shave my head, it would grow really fast and I was too cheap for haircuts.. kinda makes you look tough!

I am a big guy and I plan out smaller snacks such as apples, fruit, beef jerky and I eat a lot of Fiber one bars too they are filling and not that bad calorie wise. By doing this I am never really starving.. I try to eat every 2-3 hours breakfast 8 snack at 10-10:30 lunch 12:30 snack at 3:00-3:30 dinner by 6ish popcorn…
