eurgh I can not stand pubs....I find them so grotesque !! I do know a lot of "pubbies" main reason the people I know go there is it's cheap !! Personally I'll pay the extra and get into a nice sophisticated bar/club with great seats, nice music and better atmosphere !! no-no to pubs for me !

Brita also does filter water bottles (£10 UK - Co-Op) Personally water is water, I use a normal Volvic water bottle and just refill it right now (Only bought it because I left my water bottle - w/tap water at home!)

cup of soup, or M&S salad usually is more than enough for me (Not skinny person!) and then some days things change and are completely different. Other days a small fruit bowl just does the trick for the day (really not good cos it means my net cals = nothing) just depends on how busy/bored/active I am !

frozen blueberries, strawberries, grapes, raspberries etc I love packing some really frozen ones in my handbag and just munching them as I shop....never gets boring !!

I disagree, feeding my goddaughter and nephew and family babies....I actually quiet like some baby foods ! Although about 99% of my family "make their own baby food"....but hell no would I ever live of that !

I'm on BC so it comes 5days into my 7day break days 4-7(+2days) I will be dying and pop nurofen like there skittles....anyone tell me to workout will be left to keel over....I tried it and I'm pretty sure I nearly found myself standing by the gates of heaven

call me crazy but I'd have told that cashier to shove it up her **beep beep beep** I'm there to pay for my goods, I'll say my hi's, thanks, and byes but I'm going to be on my phone and if she still refused please feel free to find yourself another job, maybe in a call centre where you can talk to people all day long…
