My partner is 44 and 270 pounds. We go to the gym together. I enjoy it when he is there. He looks damn sexy when he lifts weights and he is a great spotter.

Omg yes! I went to a high tea and they only served sweet things. I honestly think the feeling over the next 24 hours was the same, if not worse than a hangover. I felt sick, like I was going to throw up, I had a headache and was so tired.

One down. Eleven to go. Did the 'sun run' in the pouring rain on my bday

I sweat more now. I think it's a combo of weather and that i am pushing myself more.

Fitness. I want anyone to be able to suggest anything a marathon, hike, game of soccer etc and be able to say yes without wondering if I will let anyone down or if I could finish. I don't want to be limited in what I do or get invited to. I will be the fun fit friend

When i first went vegetarian i put on weight. My protein levels obviously went down and to keep full I did eat extra carbs because back then I had no idea of what protein is and what it does.

I can only eat cereal if the milk goes in first. I refuse to eat cereal if the milk was poured on top. I eat the thinest bit last. So I could eat a sandwich backwards if it looked thinner in the middle. I never ever ever shake a bottle of juice and ask for another if someone shakes it before serving it. I never drink the…

Me too and check out the happy herbivores group

Why not do the strength at the gym too? The point of the video is blending cardio and strength for calorie burn. As a strength work out there are better things you can do.

Registered this week! Doing Spartan as a warm up the month before! Lets go!

If you don't do the cardio you will need to do something to maintain the heart rate or such a short workout is almost pointless

I have a monthly goal of various fun runs and obstical courses. So I train for each mini goal. Next one is a 6km run I want to do in under 45mins. Without mini goals, I am just a sloth.

My partner supports my choice to be healthy. I know though this was my choice and not his. I have lost 15kg in the past year and he has gained 20kg. He is double my weight, with high blood pressure, high cholestrol and at risk of diabetes. It isn't unusual if he has two sausage mcmuffins for breakfast, three meat pies for…

A year ago I would have planned my birthday around food and booze. This year I have booked in a 6km charity run and to climb the sydney harbour bridge.

I leg press more than my brother. He's competitive and kicks my *kitten* at chin ups so I know he isn't pretending. He is thin though for a male.

I use a pea protein powder. Admittedly I am in Australia but the brand is rich in health. I have the vanilla so I can put it in shakes or pancakes or other reciepes but the strawberry and chocolate are nice too.

If you wan to look like them then you will need to do strength training with decent weights.

Maybe just go for a walk outside. A walk will burn calories but not put too much extra pressure on your body. Plus the sun will help your jet lag. The sun or light helps adjust your body clock. Theres no need to rush into it before you're ready

When I look good in a bikini I am having a pool party! I am not waiting for a day to show it off, I will make a day to show it off! I create goals. Like attending a 9km charity run, in feb next year I am doing tough mudder. Keeps me motivated.

If they are just floor exercises where you feel self concious then save them to do at home before you go or when you come back.

I use them in stirfrys as noodles because they are so far from pasta it led to disappointment

My doctor told me to eat what I can in vitamins and if I am missing something at the end of the day then take the vitamins. I also have a blood test every six months to inform me what I may need to take and more importantly, what I don't need
