If you want to lose weight in the form of crap and water it is the way to go. I used Fat Blaster once when I was hoping for magic results. It ruined my sleep patterns and made my stomach craps.

Then I would have it morning/ midday. As well as building muscle, keeping you full, energy and all those benefits, it helps in muscle recovery. So I would have it after your workout.

Sounds like a good plan. Cardio will strip fat fast but the strength will drop it slow too but definately but muscle. It's not your weight to watch but your body fat percentage. Sounds like your trainer knows what they are doing.

I weigh my fruit and veg too so I can match or adjust to the database. For example, I had a kiwi fruit today that was twice the size of the one listed. If I didnt double it I would have under estimated my calories

If short OP if you are a lab rat do not eat dairy! If you are human however one to two serves of dairy will ensure that you have healthy bones

Lucky for me I had all these ingrediants. I put in half a teaspoon of baking powder rather than baking soda and I weighed my berries to be 50g which was perfect for the muffin. I had to put mine in for an extra 30 sec. Tasted yum and no mess!

I use my HRM for all my games. I burn at least double to what they calculate. I find that sometimes I am doing an exercise and 'my character' won't move and I wonder if that impacts it. I have the step raiser too and that is amazing

Im within 5kg so about 10 pounds. I am only losing about 200g a week but thats ok because I really want to get my body fat percentage down by 10%. So I guess I have two goals. I hope having an extra one helps me keep from stopping as I near my goal weight

My gym just printed out my stats from 2010 to now. Gosh it was depressing. I definately yoyo rather than have a steady decrease. Who knew?

This week I have had bean casserole, lentil cottage pie, vegetarian lasagna, bean wraps, corn fritters, bean balls (rather than meatballs). Cruise the pages here they have great ideas.
