I don't usually put my coffee in my food diary because black coffee is 0 calories but I can see both instant and brewed coffee in the database by cup. The sugar and milk I add to the coffee is added separately. :drinker:

I'm currently using a product called Sun Crystals which is a combination of cane sugar and stevia. It's pretty good and is 5 calories a packet. I've tried straight Stevia and I think I like the sun crystal product better.

Eat smaller portions but eat more frequently. A fruit smoothie or a cup of tea and some apple cinnamon rice cakes mid morning or mid afternoon help to tide me over until the next meal.
