not a shake, but I love to mix plain greek yogurt with peanut butter and chocolate protein powder. It's called sludge.

Peanut Butter & Co. No contest. No other brand exists in my mind. PB&Co is crack! Be sure to try White Chocolate Wonderful. It tastes like an inside out reeses pb cup.

Personally I try to keep my carbs under 100, and usually come in at 25-50g per day.

bread is more likely to harm you than cheese. If you get a high quality cheese, you're getting healthy fat, and protein. Bread these days is just a bag of chemicals.

mixed grill! Lots of protein and veggies. Ask for a to-go box when your meal comes and put half of it away. Avoid salad & breadsticks. I promise the mixed grill will fill you up!

Right. My apologies. The majority of the diabetics I meet are T2. My mom's whole family is T2 as well.

Just be careful. If the nutritionist is encouraging diabetics to eat 60g carb per meal, and several snacks a day... RUN AWAY! I learned the hard way that a controlled carb diet is better than a high carb one. Check out http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ I've learned so much about insulin and hormones just…

I'm a T1.5 diabetic. I was diagnosed in 2002. Eventually it got out of control and I was put on insulin, and eventually an insulin pump. After I had my first child, I hit rock bottom and knew my life had to change. I was taking massive doses of insulin and metformin. Within a year I was completely drug free. It can be…

I lost a good deal of weight with my Wii, but I monitored my burn with a heart rate monitor. I recommend one for any physical activity you may consider doing!

Do we really know that though? She might be completely serious. It's up to OP to say!

They probably think she is a forum troll & are messing around (feeding said troll)

It only takes once, hon ;)

I do it to help control my blood sugar. Also I have no problem running half marathons/endurance training on a very low carb diet. Typically, 50% of my calories comes from fat.

My gym is right by Target, so it's not uncommon for me to stop by big red before going home. I've often been tempted to take a picture of me, still in my gym clothes and soaked in awesome, right in front of Target and post it as "People of Target" on Facebook. HAHAHA!

Larabars, or make some yourself using peanut butter & Sun Warrior protein powder. http://www.paleomusings.com/2012/07/homemade-protein-bars.html

Vibrams. I've stopped wearing toe corsets altogether and own 4 pairs of Vibrams. 1 for winter, 2 for general use, and 1 for running.

if it had a mama, it's probably a protein source

I IF, but only when my body allows it. If I wake up hungry, I eat breakfast. If I'm not hungry, I wait until I am. It's easiest to IF from dinner to lunch, since you're asleep for 8-10 hours of the optimal 16.

Casseroles are your friend! Sherpherd's pie would be easiest. 1 lb ground beef, cooked & drained. A pack of frozen mixed veggies, steamed. Then whip up some mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower (both only take 10-15 mins). Layer together, with mash on top, sprinkle with paprika, toss in oven at 350F for 30 mins.

sometimes the crappiest protein powder makes the best baking mixes! Try using it as pancake/waffle batter, in cookies, bars, etc. I have a bag of Sun Warrior plain and it is nasty... but it makes AMAZING waffles!

depends on how it's being used for burgers, I like bleu for salads, I like feta

I've got a 700 cal bomb of deliciousness for you greek yogurt + peanut butter + chocolate protein powder + coconut oil. It's called sludge.

You should make 2 meals: Take it or Leave it Plan for your dinners to be a bit higher carb with plenty of healthy fat and moderate protein. Salads, and meat & veggie kind of dinners are usually a safe bet.

That's your viceral fat breaking down. It's a good thing. Keep up the good work, and kiss that gut goodbye!

Dymatize & Isopure Zero are both super tasty and smooth.

You are in for a rude awakening. MFP usually under calculates. Be prepared to get more calories than MFP was giving you! At least that was the case for me.
