You're joking, right? When I tasted it, it tasted like they took all the happy out. It was gross. Sorry, but I'd rather have the real thing! Talenti Gelato and Haagen Dasz 5 are my go-to's for all natural ingredient lists.

We just went to Disneyland in October. It was a lot of fun. The first night we had the ginormous Disney turkey legs for dinner, met with hubby's sister & her family for dinner the next night, went to medieval times for dinner on third night, my mom came down to play with our 4yo so we could have an adult day and took us to…

medjool dates stuffed with mascarpone & candied pecans (or chocolate chips). All natural and freakishly delicious!

Find the guy you intend to marry and wait until marriage. If he loves you enough to marry you, he'll probably love you through thick and thin ;)

If it's any consolation, I feel more discouraged now with a giant 9 month preggo belly than I do with that deflated spare tire. I remember what it looked like with my first and I just sat in the hospital bathroom and laughed and laughed. It was funny looking. Take joy in your journey-- and try to find the humor in all…

Scharffen Berger 99% bar-- yum! I also like Alter Eco's blackout bar. Ghiradelli sea salt soiree & midnight reverie are addicting, too.

If you did it once, you can do it again! I'm almost back to my starting weight too. I can understand your frustration.

You'll shoot your eye out! OMG, I shot my eye out!

sludge! (plain Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and peanut butter) also yoplait has some awesome smoothie mixes. My favorite is chocolate strawberry. I mix it with almond milk, heavy cream, and chocolate protein powder.

cookbooks are your friend. For some clean eating ones, try Make It Paleo and Paleo Comfort Foods. The latter has a killer jambalaya & gumbo recipe that we can't get enough of! also I have a food/recipe blog, but it's for people who do Primal/Paleo/Gluten Free/Low Carb/etc.…

Nope. They're all placebos. Don't waste your money. The secret ingredient of the secret ingredient soup is... nothing. It's all you. If the pills actually worked, everyone would be skinny, and the pharmaceutical companies would make that much less money. They're not out to help anyone but themselves.

Shaved my head (it was for surgery, but ended up being comfy for summer too) Ran a 10k Ran not one, but TWO half marathons... while pregnant (never ran a half marathon before)

PB M&Ms! Try freezing some. Tastes so good!

depends on how you want to go about it. You can lose weight doing high carb/low fat and low carb/high fat. I'm the latter. 60%-70% fat/25% protein fill in the rest with carbs
-
Sounds like the paleo lifestyle. I'm Primal/paleo (or try to be. Pregnant = many days of faileo, lol) I'll be a low carb friend if you like :)

I tend to be anemic, despite a diet high in iron, so prenatals are pretty much what I take all the time. I highly recommend Rainbow Light Nutrition. It's food based, and the doses are pretty impressive.
-
Then why did you/they pop them out in the first place? Babies are pretty time intensive! Baby doesn't need anything besides breast milk until 1 year old
-
See, this is one of the times I agree spanking is okay. If you're being a complete idiot and putting your life in danger, you're gonna need a smack upside the something somewhere! Mine gets "Mama Bear" swats once in a while, too, but it's only when she's being an idiot like that.
-
Mine tends to get a bit unruly and whiney if she is tired or hungry, but I don't put up with tantrums like that. Mine gets a warning or two, then a flick in the forehead right between the eyes if behavior continues. She usually knocks it off after that. If mine ever laid down like that, though, I would have just said "Bye"…

warmed unsweetened almond milk & sugar free torani chocolate syrup = hot chocolate you can still have chai tea. Add some cream or franken-milk (almond milk, coconut milk from dairy sec, etc)
-
There is such a place where you can get bacon wrapped filet mignon, zero carb potatoes, and chocolate that doesn't make you fat... it's called Heaven, but you have to die a little to get there. LOL "...Better do it and decrease the surplus population!" -- Scrooge, A Christmas Carol

I have mine set at 65% and can easily hit 70% on a good day! My own macros are set to 10% carbs, 25% protein, and 65% fat. Fat is not evil and should not be feared. The right ones are delicious and nourishing.

spaghetti squash does not taste similar to spaghetti, but it is still pretty good! Plus it's super easy to brown some ground critter, toss on some spaghetti sauce, and serve over the cooked, strung out squash.
-
probably water weight from all the walking and Subway (it's not exactly water retention friendly)

Get her a truck. What's she gonna pull a trailer full of ponies with? Oh, yeah, get her a trailer with ponies too :D
-
see if you can get raw milk in your area from a reputable farmer. Tastes great AND is nutritionally phenomenal (way better than the pasteurized junk at the store. They take out all the good stuff on those things). Also the stuff from the store can kill you if it goes sour. Raw milk doesn't go bad. It clabbers and turns…
-
you can lose weight eating high carb/low fat or high fat/low carb. I think the latter is more delicious. You have to go after the right kinds of fats though (avocados, coconut, etc)
-
get some portabello mushroom caps and your favorite pizza fixins. Gut the portabello and stuff it with said pizza fixins. Bake. Eat. Enjoy!
-
Better not tell you about Peanut Butter & Co then... their stuff is the bomb
-
honey baked ham, roasted veggies, mash, veggie platter, and probably ice cream for dessert.
