Isopure Zero, but most of the non fruit & non chocolate flavors taste like vanilla. Even my chocolate mint tastes like vanilla. It's kinda funny. I also like Sun Warrior Warrior Blend and Dymatize. Muscle Nog is tasty too

You can lose weight on a high carb/low fat diet, or a high fat/low carb diet. Both work. If your carbs are up today, try to keep your other macros lower.

There are 3500 cals in a pound. You would need to have a daily deficit of 500 cals to drop that pound each week. So if you normally eat 2,000 cals, you would drop down to 1500, or 1750 and 250 worth of exercise cals burnt. Or eat 2,000 cals and burn 500 a day through exercise. Choose whole, unprocessed foods. Eat clean,…

bump! Was trying to figure out what to have with ground beef on Wednesday. Problem solved?

Just started using InTune by DoTerra, and it's made a huge improvement on my daughter's overall mood and focus (outbursts don't happen as often on days we use it). Maybe something to look into? It's expensive, but you only use a couple of drops a day.

I look before I sit, believe me, but I've never noticed a females peeing on the seat problem. That's always sort of been a dude issue in my experience (thankfully, hubbins wipes up after himself like a good boy). So, yeah, I totally don't get it. ETA: maybe if they sat all the way down instead of squatting they'd get it in…

Oh for pete's sake. Sit on the toilet like a real woman! LOL. Who the heck holds a stance like that just because there's no protector thingy? I've never used one. And just ask loudly "Hey, could someone please pass me some TP? This stall is all out". If they want to use the stall badly enough, someone is bound to help you…

Crio Bru! http://www.criobru.com/ cacao nibs that have been ground and roasted. You brew it like coffee. Straight chocolate. For hard core lovers only. Or just go straight for the jugular and treat yourself to cacao nibs.

Was just going to recommend Diurex :)

Life's too short to feel guilty about eating delicious food. Get back on the horse, drink extra water, and chillax. It will come off again within the week. I regularly fluctuate by 5 lbs thanks to water weight.

I just try to stay ahead of the game. If I'm going to a dinner one night, I try to find out what they're serving. It helps :)

add some chocolate protein powder and you'll have the phenomenon known as SLUDGE! It's decadent.

I like to mash it with avocado :)

See if he's willing to reconcile and go to marriage counseling?

Try Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter instead of nutella (or even Peanut Butter & Co's Dark Chocolate Dreams). The ingredient list is more natural

Met my husband online. Set a wedding date 6 days after we first started talking (without having met in person). Celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary together in a few weeks here :)

I really like the ingredient list for Sun Warrior vanilla Warrior blend

I follow a VLC lifestyle (very low carb) and allow myself a free day once a week. It helps me stay on track in the long run.
-
imo, you're going to gain weight back if you go off any "diet", but when you make something a lifestyle change (and do it for the rest of your life) once you find what works for you, that's when your success will be long term.

IF is done in addition to that.
-
I IF every night. It's called SLEEPING, lol. Eat dinner at 6, eat breakfast at 9 or 10. Easiest IF there is :) oh, I did want to say that I really do IF from time to time, but not on purpose. It comes naturally thanks to trying to follow a primal/paleo lifestyle.

I dunno. Maybe an inch or two taller than my class mates from my school pictures. By 10 years old I was 150 lbs, but definitely obese by then. I hit my growth spurt around that time and was the tallest 5th grader in my school, but I've been 5'5.5" since then. I remember getting to 6th grade after many of my friends hit…
-
I was almost 100 lbs at 5 y/o, but did not look at all obese. Just tall with good bone.

I'm on board with those encouraging you to seek the counsel of the child's pediatrician. My 4yo is 3'3" and 30 lbs (lean, mean, crazy-monkey machine). Everyone's built differently.

I am blessed to have 2 malls nearby that welcome winter walkers. They even post how many laps around the mall equal a mile :)

dates stuffed with mascarpone (you can top them with candied pecans as an option). Your friends will be wowed if you serve at a party. They look fancy, but only take 5 mins to make :)

It's an interesting book. See if your local library has it and read it. Form your OWN opinion!

To the poster who said "only those who don't run think carbs are evil" not true. I ran 2 half marathons this summer while pregnant doing VLC. You CAN be an athlete and run efficiently on "alternative fuels" ;)
-
I don't think they're bad or evil. I choose a low carb lifestyle to help manage my diabetes, aaaaand... I did the low fat/high carb thing for years and high fat/low carb is way more delicious! Oh, also carbs tend to retain more water than any other macronutrient. Why work harder at losing/maintaining than I already have to?
