prunes, chocolate, and miralax are your friend!

look into the primal/paleo lifestyle, both are high protein and tend to be lower carb b/c you cut out processed foods.

I try to buy the bagged variety. I've noticed they're at least 3/4 full compared to 1/2 full on the tubs.

spaghetti squash: It's a squash that strings out like spaghetti when baked.

I found that my chocolate cravings were related to a magnesium deficiency. Try come magnesium citrate and see if it helps.

You really don't need to be taking in extra cals until your second or third trimester. At that time, you can add an extra 300.

I like my cuisinart one, but it was $64. http://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-ICE-30BC-Indulgence-2-Quart-Automatic/dp/B0006ONQOC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1347732297&sr=8-2&keywords=cuisinart+ice+cream+maker

try raw milk, it shouldn't have the problems that commercial milk has. Then there's coconut milk. The good stuff comes in a can (or an actual coconut), not a carton.

organic is overrated. It's mostly imported and sprayed to prevent pests from attacking it after arriving in the country, unless you buy from local farmers. However, there are no cons to clean eating. It doesn't take rocket science to realize that cutting out processed foods is pretty awesome for one's health. Become a…

My chiropractor said the longest anyone should be forced to run is 13.1 miles (half marathon). After completing two while pregnant, and in vibrams, I have to agree! LOL. I joined a local running group (Jeff Galloway) and got it done that way.

To trade it in for cooler stuff! Hoping he raffles off another bike this year. We'll throw her whole stash in for it. She's not a big candy eater to begin with (seriously, it takes her 3-5 days to eat a sucker). 10 pieces should last her til Thanksgiving!

We are going to Mickey's Halloween Party in a month. I hear the amount of candy you get is INSANE! We plan on bringing pillow cases and filling them up. Okay, before you hyperventilate, let me clarify. My 4yo will get to keep maybe 10 pieces of candy. My dentist hosts a candy buy back every year. In exchange for candy, you…

I love it. Very educational and entertaining at the same time. I always show it to family and friends and suggest it to others.

I prefer good ol'fashioned grass fed heavy cream. Flavored stevia is nice too sometimes.
-
We go through 1/2 gallon a week here (mainly the 4yo). It IS awesome stuff. I'm just sad it's $6+ a gallon.

Vibrams! I own 2 pairs of komodos, 1 bormios for winter, and some KSO Treks.

Get a 30 oz mug. Fill it with water. Stand by sink and chug until it's gone. Refill. Repeat at lunch and dinner. Easy peasy.
-
LOL. Crazy Dr. Oz. That's like Victoria Beckham saying that she's constantly snacking and always reaches for fruit and coconut water.

try mashing with avocado and a little olive oil instead of mayo? both are healthy fats.
-
there's teese (or you can make your own almond cheese), but why bother with frankenfood when you can just have the real thing?
-
If you're convinced saturated fats are bad, please watch Fat Head. It's very entertaining and informative. Paleo does not allow dairy (ghee is a gray area). If you consume dairy, you are Primal, not Paleo. Accept the fact. It's not such a bad thing. *steps off soap box and walks away cuz these threads always get out of…

I'd recommend Primal over Paleo. Paleo is a pretty tough way to live, imo. Primal is a little more relaxed and allows dairy, where Paleo does not.

get a necklace case from a jeweler and put the positive pregnancy test inside. Ask him if he'll be your baby daddy :D

1) Sign up today. Both of the halfs I did this year sold out months in advance 2) If you can do 10 miles, you can do 13. Even if you have to walk the last 3, at least you finished. Try running some then walking some. It will reduce chance of injury by constantly switching up the muscle groups you use. Your legs will be…

All I know is that yoplait greek is my least favorite greek yogurt. It's just nasty tasting. Fage Total, Chobani, Greek Gods, and Better Whey of Life are way better!
-
I'm not a big fan of french fries, onion rings, popcorn, or alcohol. Also I saw a really funny McDonalds meme on FB the other day.

nuts, greek yogurt, hard boiled egg, tuna fish...

drop the ice cream, use ice instead, add some heavy cream, use 6 eggs. I like to do 1c cream and 6 eggs with vanilla, nutmeg, and stevia. Know what it's called? EGG NOG!

for flavor and texture, I love Isopure Zero. I'm working through some Dymatize right now. The blueberry isn't a favorite, but I'm willing to polish it off and give another flavor a go. For a protein powder with a clean ingredient list, try Sun Warrior warrior blend in vanilla.
