If you are like me and just like to drink beer for fun, like while casually watching sports or (ahem) for beer pong, I love my Miller 64s. However, any beer connoisseur would hate me for even suggesting it.

Here's my take on it. This is not offensive at all: "Good morning ladies!" this is a bit condescending: "Ladies, let's try to do this better" (etc. etc.) when coming from a man. (this may be entirely due to one jerk guy I know who thought the world of himself, and refused to listen to others' opinions. He would address…

Not that you weren't attractive before, but it's super obvious now! congrats!!

Was it just today that this happened? If so, I would wait a couple of days and see if it changes and goes back down (water retention.. etc.). If it's still the same after several days, then I'd start investigating your diet, exercise, etc and make sure you aren't overdoing anything. Cause yes even if you were under-eating…

I bought a Schwann one for around $450 I believe a few years ago. Works fantastic. It's very quiet and it doesn't wake up my husband who is sleeping 5 feet away. It has levels up to 20. What I like best is the "calorie count" program and I give it the number of calories I want to burn and it stops when I'm done (and it's…

They both exist because when they first came out with Diet Coke in the 80s it developed a HUGE fanbase/following. It doesn't taste exactly like Coke, but people loved it like that. Then they came out with Coke Zero which actually DOES taste like Coke, which some people like, and some people think it's too sweet/whatever…

Cereal is my favorite food!! I now try to save my sugary kind for desserts and I have Fiber One 80 (now in chocolate!!!) for breakfast. But I do miss the days when I ate 3-4 bowls on a Saturday morning while watching cartoons. Although, now that I know the calories in cereal, it makes sense why I gained so much weight haha

Not to be a bummer, but I tried these (with Splenda) and I just didn't like them. They didn't taste chocolate-y enough for me. Maybe it was something I did wrong, but just giving one review! I ended up throwing them out because they weren't worth 145 calories to me (because I can have a chocolate chip cookie or an oreo…

I love Cheezy Crisps. They are whole grain and only 2 calories per crisp. I find them in Wal-Mart by the goldfish/pepperidge farm stuff. Also, the baked naturals by pepperidge farm are delicious too!

Can you give your stats (weight, height, goal weight, etc.)? I didn't start losing weight until I upped my calories a little bit from 1200 to between 1400-1500 . I am 5'6" and started at 138 and now weight 124. I wouldn't recommend 1200 unless you're really short/already tiny. And I definitely would eat back enough…

yeah I would definitely increase your calories. I am a 24 y/o female who weighs 124 lbs, and I eat between 1400-1500 a day, so you should definitely be eating more than me! Even still, 1 lb every 2 days is great!! I know it would be nice to lose more, but it will take time. Which is why you want to make sure you are eating…

Yup exact same story. I used to eat them all the time (Wild Berry, esp.) until I started actually being healthy. I swore them off for years. But when I saw the limited edition Red Velvet, I had to buy them. And they are now sitting in my pantry taunting me. I ate one and it was pretty good, but I think I'll go back to…

It's possible to have something causing you to weigh in more than you should (water weight, food in stomach, digesta, etc.) but it's pretty much impossible to have something cause you to report a weight lower than what you are (assuming your scale is not broken, etc.). So I would vote that your last weeks weigh-in was…

Yeah I've found that telling people I count calories has 1 or more of these reactions 1. Confusion 2. telling me "you don't need to diet!" 3. "oh come on, it's just a _______!" 4. Angry at me for ruining their good time by bringing up calories 5. Telling me how they used to count calories and it never worked 6. Laughing…

Elliptical (worth it IMO! and it's much quieter than the treadmill so I can watch TV with my husband while I work out. Never have to worry about going to the gym or it being cold or dark outside) One of those giant blow up balls (sorry forgot the name) that I use to do ab exercises A 10 and 20 lb kettlebell 5, 8, and 20 lb…

This is a typical lunch for me and probably not enough for a dinner, but I have 2 eggs that I mix in a bowl (after spraying with cooking spray) and I mix in a tablespoon or two of my favorite salsa. I microwave these eggs for about 2 minutes on high, give or take. then I toast 2 pieces of my 45 calorie bread (Sara Lee).…

yeah I'm fine with doing DVDs! I guess I'm just pessimistic that those videos are good for cardio, but aren't as great at building muscle? Maybe I will focus on videos meant for building muscle as opposed to just the 30DS stuff I've tried and sorry I meant 1 hour total of cardio and/or weight lifting

exactly!

You should be really proud of yourself! You look great!
-
Most people wouldn't count these as exercise. But it's still fun to know! Thanks for sharing. Hopefully people will now be more motivated to paint their own house! I know my muscles were super sore after painting for 2 and a 1/2 days straight

Grapes!!! but with the amount that I eat, they can kinda get high in calories. boo!
-
Before I did the proper research on how many calories to eat, I was eating 1210 and was EXHAUSTED. Now I'm 1430 and I feel just fine! (oh and still losing weight)

Dang it I actually want to know the answer, so I hope it gets answered eventually haha

So.... any advice for people who NEED the caffeine (I'm a professional student and next year I'll be pulling 16 hour hospital shifts several days a week) but absolutely HATE the taste of coffee or tea? Yeah... except for taking caffeine pills, I haven't heard anything either. so until it's actually proven that diet soda…

I am actually probably a terrible diary to follow!! I still eat candy and (healthy) chips on a regular basis. I have pizza practically every Friday night. I don't exercise as much as I would like to thanks to vet school being a constant pain. So here's what's helped me: First of all, if you don't need to lose a lot of…

Thanks!! Although, I really wish I would have cleaned my bathroom mirror before taking those pictures now haha

DVM (veterinary) - 3rd year. Wish I had more time to work out! and I agree... it's hardest with late night study sessions.

I would say working out from home should be on the list. If you can't afford a treadmill/elliptical/bike, then at least get some dumbbells or something. There is of course P90x or Insanity or youtube/BodyRock online videos. I also say the crappy apartment gym is better than no gym at all. As long the machine isn't going to…

small animal here! Maybe some exotics on the side. I am able to mostly keep up with workouts this year, but I'm nervous for 4th year! however, I've also heard that you lose weight while in clinics because you have so little time to eat and you do a lot of walking around. yay?

Not trying to be offensive or insinuate anything, but any chance this could be a sign of depression? If everything else in life you still have a passion for - then ignore this comment! But if you feel like lots of things just aren't as fun as they used to be, it might be worth checking out. otherwise... I would suggest…
