14 pounds to go by 4th july Approx 6 to 7 weeks to go, I dont log my food bcos i eat at work and cant weigh but goals for today are Eat plain and simple at work then log the rest of my meals. To drink 1.5 litre at least. I want to fit loosely in my favorite dress kept for an occasion on the 3rd of july!

I'd like to join. I've gained all the lost weight and I'm starting from my highest weight now. I'm abt 90kg. My ultimate goal is 75kg. I'd like to be eating around 1300 to 1500kcals and working out on most days for an hour. My first goal is to to get to 85kg.
