Lost 15 lbs, short of the 20, but I have a really hard time losing weight and only lost 10 lbs from May 2014-January 2015 so I'm pretty freaking happy about this. Only 5 lbs left to my ultimate goal weight! B)

^^^ Sounds like Lyle McDonald and his "whoosh" theory. I find that to be totally how I lose weight. I'll often even go up 3-5 lbs for a week or 2 when I'm stressed or hormonal and suddenly one day wake up much lighter and will lose several pounds over the course of the day if I stop to weigh myself. I think my record was…

Start: 160 Feb 1: 156 March 1: 151 Monthly Net: (5) Overall Net: (9) Goal weight: 140 Thought I'd do better this month, since I dropped pretty much all of this (and a couple extra lbs) in the first half of the month, but I've been sick and plateaued for the second half. Oh well, progress is still progress!

Start: 160 Today: 156 Net: (4) Pretty happy considering that my carb up and treat meal was last night. I thought about putting yesterday's weight down or weighing in tomorrow (it's still the 31st here), but I like the idea of passing that water weight cushion on to next month. B)

Current weight: 160 Challenge goal: 140 Ultimate goal: 140 Here's hoping this helps me break my plateau and get to my goal weight :)

Got a bit over 21k in on the bike today
-
Toss another 12.6km onto the pile :)
-
Went grocery shopping instead of running. At least I got just over 4k of biking in there.
-
Kudos for running while on holiday (and in Paris no less!)! I always say I will and then I get daunted by not knowing a route already. Got a bit over 9km in today.
-
Finished my half marathon without walking!

My go to bras are Shock Absorber and Moving Comfort. I've heard good things about the TaTa Tamer and will probably try one next time I need a new sports bra. I love anything that fastens like a regular bra and I don't have to wrestle out of when I'm tired and sweaty post workout!

Race tomorrow, tapering makes me crazy! Got out for 9.6km on the bike today, might go for a walk later.

Got a HM this weekend. The store running it is giving away a Quintana Roo bike as a draw prize. Drool!! They also haven't said what the race gear swag is, luckily I love surprises!

Hill sprints did things for my tush that heavy squats never did! Work up to them, but man I stopped avoiding hills in my running routes when I saw what was happening back there!
-
Bogged down with homework, just 4.5km today
-
8.7 km for me today.
-
Another 24km down thanks to a mix of biking, walking and running today.

Sent you a request. No apologies necessary, everyone needs help and support, it's part of being human!

Start by taking little steps and before you know it you'll end up somewhere great! Feel free to add me everyone, we all need a boost sometimes.
-
Good luck! There are always good days and bad days and you've just gotta keep at it. Long term consistency is what counts so just keep on getting back up!

Request sent!

Walking breaks when you're first running isn't anything to be ashamed of, there's lots of learn to run programs designed around doing just that! I used a couch to 5k podcast to start running and can't recommend it enough.

ran/walked/scrambled up rocks for 24.4km today :)

Another latecomer, yesterday was my rest day anyways. I need an extra kick to keep me on my marathon training this month. Sign me up for 250 km. Will post my ticker after I get today's run in.
