I logged dinner after he posted so you guys could see. I upped to 1400 a little over 2 weeks ago. I picked 1400 to slowly add calories and my BMI was tested 2 weeks ago its 29%. I have no idea what a TDEE is. I'm new to the dieting thing only been doing it for 2 months

I jog. I don't jog as slowly as possible and I don't flat out run. Speed comes after endurance

Added you crazy :) I'll have to check out some yoga or pilates. I'm terrible at leaning forward and I'm a jumper rider :( slouching shoulders will be my downfall lyttlewon I don't even have stirrups on my saddle anymore :( I used to be able to jump 3ft without them but I took a year or two off so I'm trying to build back…
