I was doing really well and dropped 25 pounds. Then I upped my calories to 1400 because I was exercising more and I've gained 8 pounds! Aren't you supposed to add on when you exercise more? I''m dropping back down to 1200 but any other advice would be great
I was losing weight great at 1200 a day. Started lifting weights and upped my calories to 1400 a day and I've gained 8 pounds. My BMI is 29% I don't feel I should be gaining. Advice please??

Hey everyone, I'm new to this site. I've managed to go from 193 to 176 and still have a ton left to lose. However, I've been reading all the posts and I'm now totally confused on calorie intake. I set myself to 1200 and end up netting anywhere from 700-1100 depending on the day. Am I going to stop losing? I don't feel like…
