Totally uncool. I work out a home but when I travel for work I use hotel gyms. I always take the wall machine. Sometimes someone breaks urinal code and gets the one next to me. I’m sure they quickly regret it with my huffing, puffing and noises trying to get through intervals :)

Yep. I did well for years doing my boring ol routine. Thought I’d try messing with meal timing after reading of the benefits as possible preventative for diabetes... oh boy was that a bad idea for me :( Lesson learned, if it’s not broke don’t fix it :)

Yep unlike other fake foods no need to add sugar to regular ol yogurt. I will eat any% plain yogurt as the carbs are the same but often only the fat free is what is easily available. So I’ve been low carbing with a fat free plain yogurt most every morning for years!

How’s the bike? I began using one (stationary) primarily because it’s easier than treadmill and elliptical on my cranky hip. It works great but I have to be careful with resistance or my hip reminds me....

I know exactly what you mean. I LOVED a cereal from post that was Honey Nut Ohs. I think they were in a blue box and the Honey graham version was in a yellow box. The still make the Honey graham. But the Honey nut is my favorite all time cereal and never could find anything similar. Nobody knows what I’m talking about.…

Agreed you are already a low carber! A lot of people confuse just low carb with keto and believe low carb is no veggies and super high fat. Most folks who eat low carb long term eat a lot of low carb veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
