Doggie diabetes
Well it appears people aren’t the only species with high carb diets. My dog just got diagnosed with diabetes. She eats a fairly good brand of food/treats. However, It appears most dog foods are up to 70%carbs!! I had no idea. I am putting her on low carb doggie diet. She may join the group for support :)

Apple watch
I have successfully avoided getting an Apple watch ... but now I see sos features, fall alerts and ekgs. Wondering if any of my LC buddies love it or is it something expensive that ends up in a drawer? ..I have a waterproof activity tracker (kayaking) but it looks like I’m on house arrest :) so I don’t use it much

Ive been at the strength training with a trainer for 3 weeks. I lost a lot of weight many years ago but I've been pretty out of shape for someone in normal weight range. My problem... Yoga
Anyone practice yoga regularly? I am wanting to build core strength, flexibility and mindfulness. I hike and kayak but I don't bend well :) . How long did it take you to get comfortable with the basic poses without discomfort?

Fasting
Anyone fast once a month? I know some do the 16:8 IF thing. I know that once a month isn't for weight loss I'm looking for other reasons ....:and maybe a bonus of some improved insulin sensitivity!

Anyone know of a no sweetener chewing gum?
Ok so gum keeps me from wanting to snack. I do no sweeteners. Does anyone know of something like gum with no sweeteners in them at all?

Don't be discouraged. This isn't diet to fail. Just as there are so many differences among people. There so many ways to have successful weight loss and what works for one doesn't for another. Find your path to a healthier, happier life and know there are lots of us out there cheering you on!
