Absolutely! I lost 80+ in 8 mo the in that range at the beginning. And then about 75-100 towards the end. (I was just careful of what kind of carbs those were. Simple ones always gave me the hungrys. ) I actually never did well with the much lower keto style range. But I also didn’t do well with my dabble into IF either…

I’ve been low carb for many years and I eat plain Greek yogurt. It is only about 6carbs. I don’t do sweeteners so that is usually only kind I eat. Someone in the lowcarb group said Yoplait YQ is even lower but I have yet to try it

Not keto but have been low carb for years (way before it was cool ;) I order a Pinot Noir when out. For wine it has a pretty low carb count

You will be surprised how sweet things are after you cut out the added sweeteners. A lot of veggies will taste sweet. But berries are the bomb! Frozen berries and Greek yogurt blended is yummy treat

Of course I did. I linked because someone was asking another poster why they answered they way they did. And I think the author does a great job of a quick glance of multiple studies and as you quoted is responsible enough to make sure the reader knows that just because there is a link doesn’t mean it is the specific cause.
