I crave sugar during this time. So I just save up some calories during that week so I can get a donut when I need to!! Or I have a fun size candy bar, this often does the trick and is way less calories than a full size. Good luck!!!

Bud Select 55 is my drink. At only 55 calories per bottle. It is super light so not for real beer lovers but it does the job:)

Have you tried adding weight training to your workout? It really speeds up your metabolism and causes you to burn more calories throughout the day. Good Luck!!

I would have a turkey bacon BLT on lite bread. The bacon is oly 35 cals per slice and you can get bread that is only 45 cals per 2 slices. The side affect of 'anal leakage' is a real thing. My frined used it and said that happened often.

900 cals a day seems pretty low. Most trainers and nutritionists will tell you not to go below 1200 a day or your body goes in to starvation mode and holds on to everything. Hope this helps:)
