Hm, i'm not sure as far as that goes. I'm pasting my pizza dough recipe. Ingredients 1 cup Water, warm 2-1/4 tsps (1 package) Yeast, active dry 1 Tbsp Honey 2 tsps Salt 2 Tbsps Olive Oil 3 cups Bread Flour (or sub half regular/ wheat) Directions 1. In a large mixing bowl, stir Yeast and Honey into warm Water. After this is…

Taking applications. Compensation commensurate with experience.

What do you mean base? for bread, you can go half and half, bread flour and whole wheat flour. Pure whole wheat just comes out as grainy in my opinon, not a fan.

try easing up on the oil, use fresh tomatoes instead of sauce. You can go with a standard margharita(sp?) and put on fresh mozzarella and some basil leafs. That wouldn't be terribly unhealthy.

Just got my acceptance email!

I was going to say, you should try eating more right food. But, for serious answers. Look in to better insoles "Superfeet". Also, maybe go to a running store and they can look at your gait and give you some recommendations. Maybe your laces are too tight? That's always my problem and my foot falls asleep around mile 2.

http://getdrunknotfat.com/ Let's line up the everclear shots! Also, tonic has a lot of calories, so be careful.

What delilah said. on mfp there's not an easy way to do it. It's something you'd have to keep track of yourself.

It sucks that you were on the roller coaster but glad you came back! Just make sustainable changes and you'll be to where you want to be before you know it!
-
Make it a habit. The best thing you can do is get good at making new habits. Want to log more? -make it a habit Want to go to the gym more? -make it a habit Want to drink more water? -make it a habit Be open to change!

Sorry to intrude on your happy-teen party here. But, maybe you should consider pre-making breakfasts on sunday? When I was in school i used to make egg/ sausage and green peppers mixed and throw it in a cupcake tray. I'd bake that and throw them in a plastic bag in the fridge. Then I'd grab one and eat it in first class…

Welcome to mfp! Just make it a habit to log and pre-log, it's a great tool to help keep yourself accountable.
-
You should set it to sedentary. Better to shoot low and exceed expectations than to overestimate and be sad.
-
I just keep a large amount of various nuts in my desk. Pecans, Almonds, Cashews, they fill you up and are pretty light on carbs!
-
Welcome to mfp! Keep positive, be honest with yourself and you'll definitely make it!

I've been eyeing up the Surge and the Microsoft Band. How accurate is the gps? What's the battery life like?
