now that we are friends you can see my diary :) i log everything, including all my exercise. i am not extreme by any means.

I am 5'4 and started in sept '12 at 192, im at 149 now. I hit a month long plateau and a mfp friend told me to lower my carb intake to 100g or less and I started losing again :)

^^^ kinda harsh.. what if they dont eat back their exercise cals and that "puts them under their calorie goal"

These are low cal, but most arent low carb. applesauce cheesestick dole banana dippers almonds basically any fruit or veggie pudding cups yogurt the list could go on and on, theres a few of my go2 ones tho.

Teacher as well...Its our normal, daily routine. I dont count it as exercise. What you can do it get a fitbit, or a pedometer and try and reach 10,000 steps a day. :) Then that will automatically sync with mfp and tell you any extra calories burned. :) good luck!

Believe me, I have tried the whole "eat whatever you want for a few days to break the plateau thing" BUT no matter what I stay the 154-156 range. I havent gone past 156 or below 154..no matter how hard I try. :/ I own the billy blanks DVDs, maybe I will try those...up for anything. Husband returns home in 9 weeks, and now…

I am 5'4 - start weight on aug. 27, 2012 was 192 --- now almost 6 months later i am at 154.. Had a plateau which sucks, but, im hoping i can finally break it. I would like to lose another 20lbs or so. :)
