Breastfeeding
How many of you are breastfeeding and using the app? I've been logging 500 Cals for exercise each day, is that a good amount? I've also been just walking, afraid that if I do too much, too soon my supply will decrease. Anybody in the same boat with advice?

Plateau for over a month now. Advice?
Alright. Accepting any and all advice on how to break this plateau. Foods, workouts, calories... I am 5'4 and 154lbs. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1350. I have a stationary bike, elliptical, and two 5lb hand weights available in my home. But, if I must, I will drive to a gym. Help a girl out, I'm pretty bummed. :(

Just frustrated and have some questions.
Ive lost 28lbs and you would expect to go down in clothing size somewhere....but i havent! Pants - same. Shirt - same. Bra - same. STUCK!

Walk to Afghanistan!
My husband is in the Army and currently deployed. There are SEVERAL groups of us who are "walking to afghanistan." Its close to 8000 miles from where I am located. Should we log all "exercises"?
What i mean by this is, if im taking a 10 minute brisk walk to the mailbox I should count that as exercise right? If I do 2 hours of constant house cleaning, I should count that time as well. What are your thoughts on this? Am I just hurting myself logging all of these small exercise calories?

Hard time eating all my calories
I have a weight loss goal of 57lbs. I started 2 weeks ago and I am down 7. I am having a really hard time eating all my calories tho. I dont USUALLY eat junk for my calories, i occasionally do and then I feel bad about it. I just hate seeing the whole "1200" calories reached. Just seems like SO much. Also, is losing 50lbs…
