I like to do the "Eat less" move. It decreases BF% and really makes my stomach look toned.0

There's no specific exercise for a flat tummy. Eating a healthy diet in a reasonable calorie deficit and exercise will eventually get you there. As your overall bodyfat % goes down, your tummy will get flatter. Just have patience with it.0

I have some lovely ab definition just from running, but you can't have a high body fat % and still be able to see it. So, get your body fat % down and most any activity will make it look good. :flowerforyou:0

Fork putdowns and table pushaways. You can't spot reduce - stay in a caloric deficit and the fat will eventually come off....where and how it comes off is dictated by your genetics.0

You wouldn't believe it if I told you, but I have been doing it about 2 weeks and it is working good for me! It's a breathing technique pro body builders use. Along with eating healthy foods that decrease the belly fat hormone cortisol.0
