Today it says I "kuranda10 lost 1.1 lbs since her last weight in" (my Aria scale, FitBit and MFP are all linked) But No. Yesterday I had gained one lb. so in reality I've only lost .1 lbs. I had to delete that status before anyone could "like" it

Yes this. I have gained and lost the same weight for over a month now. Everyone is all "WOHOO" and I'm all "nope".

I made it through W4D3, but my test is no where near the minimum reps to start W5D1, so I am re-doing W4 but using the next column to try to build up to Week 5.

I do both, the Hips (around my bum, usually right above the pelvic bone) and my lower abs (across the hip bones where the pooch is, in between navel and pubic bone).

My measurements haven't changed in 6 months. I am however fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a year, so I;m going with user error.

My little one (50 kg, but still my puppy) has learned, When I'm doing pilates mat, that if she lies on her back real close to me, she can get 100 belly rubs during the "100 warm up".

I actually like that "other" ^^ place better. Better reports, better exercises, better recipe database ... Unfortunately they have a miserable international food database. MFP has had 99% of the foods I needed throughout Europe and Australia.

I think the activity levels aren't synced. I had MFP at sedentary and Fit bit had me at fairly active and I was getting an extra 800+a day. Once I synced them I get normal exercise calories

I have my calories set to a custom setting. so I can't speak to that part of your question, but for the most part my FitBit seems to be right. If anything I find it under reports. And after going from a One to the HR, I'm almost certain my One under reported. My BMR is 1400. So far today it says I've burned 1688 calories…

This is exactly why I count calories along with carbs. I can find myself eating 800 calories a day and that's just not good. I force myself to eat at least my BMR. I also break food up into 4-5 meals. Almonds (high in calories) are my friend. So are protein shakes that I make. When I just am not hungry but still need more,…

Or Down load the Drive Bit app. It converts any steps/floors etc into a "driving activity" in the activity log.

Your post is on the vague side, but I will throw in that after the first one-three weeks of lower carbs the craving does go away. You also learn your trigger foods. for me, two forks full of rice turns into 3-4 cups. and a bowl of my grandmas chicken noodle soup? Soup fine. soup+noodles? The whole pot is in danger.

On my carb refeed/cheat days (call them what you will) I found that if I eat the bulk of the carbs earlier in the day, the effects aren't as bad.

Mine LOVE it. Down here the bacon comes with rind on it, so that gets cut off and tossed into "other bowls" Breakfast fritattas are one egg and two egg whites, and the yolks have to go somewhere ... the "other bowls" and Well you can't have a fritatta without grated cheese on top ...

How are your clothes fitting? My scale is showing losses in the 300g range for the MONTH. Yet, somehow I am wearing clothes I haven't fit into since Oct.
