mine is public. I'm in australia, but a lot of the basics (zucchini, eggs etc) are taken from the USDA entries inthe database.

You guys are blowing me out of the water. I just did W3D2 and only did 55 non-consecutive. I was only able to do 17 consecutive and that was on my knees!

I go to Subway too, but I get the sandwhich made into a salad bowl. I usually get a steak and cheese salad.

Sure, you couldn't have posted that BEFORE I paid a dietician to tell me to increase my carbs a bit?! They were always set at 40, but I tried to stay under that. Since Friday I have made an effort to mee the 40. I haven't loset any weight, but I have lost almost 2% fat.

Libra is another app I've heard of. Trendweight is computer only.

We are the end of the supply chain. We are so far north Aldi won't come here because it costs so much to get stuff here it won;t fit into their pricing structure :'( At one point LIMES were $17.98 a kg!

The quality is still fine, but do not short change me on product. Not for the amount we pay for food here.

I use Trendweight that auto syncs with the Aria. It gets rid of the daily "noise"

I keep devilled eggs or hard boiled eggs inthe fridge for just this type of occasion. The protein and the fat (mayo) hold off the hunger. Usually just one or two halves are needed.
-
I think they can change them if you've made them available to the database. Just like people can change food items you've entered

I take the supplements (without any symptoms) mainly because where I live can be equated to the FL Eveglades in July/Aug ... 9 months out of the year. For a goodpart of the year I have to change my shirt after just taking the trash out (long driveway). I checked earlier and there is no real side effects from too much of…

I don't like Week 3 at all so far :'(

If you download the DriveBit app, it has settings for driving different veichles and being a passenger in different vechiles. When you stop the clock, it automatically converts the infor from that time to an "activity" in fitbit. I drive a stick shift up and down a mountain every day. Without that app, my steps/floors…

https://www.fitbit.com/user/248ZF3 I'm over in the low carb group too.

I was netting in the 20-30 range, but a dietician has asked me to net in the 40 -45 range for a few weeks to see if I canbreak this stall.

Interesting. I don't think I was/am overweight because of over eating. It was the food I was eating. My body just does not like carbs. It's not that I was binging on bagels or gnocchi, it's the fact that I was eating them at all {{sad panda}}. With this WOE most of the stuff I can't eat is stuff I shouldn't have been…

I don't trust the FitBit calories estimator as it will go below 1200. I refuse to eat below my BMR, evenon my sofa slugging days.
-
on your profile page FitBit gives you a 30 day avg. I have found that to be close enough. I only re-adjust for days that I've sat on the sofa watching movies

Beer makes me bloat up like a Macy's Day Parade balloon regardless of what WOE I'm following. If I have a drink it's wine, or a base liquor with a diet mixer.

Just throwing these out there Do you get enough Magnesium and Potassium? Magnesium helps with inflamation and potassium shortage can cause muscle cramping Do you drink enough water? There is also research that is showing adding Tumeric and black pepper also helps with inflammation.

Use the DriveBit app. It has a setting for "passenger on bus/train etc. It will take and steps, floors during that time and convert it to an "activity" in FitBit so it doesn't count it towards your steps for the day.
-
It isn't available in Australia yet, and I've never been able to get the enhanced macro script to work.
-
I think you have to turn off the "negative calorie adjustment' option

Week 2 done. Day 3 was certainly easier than days one and two.

I can't do the great big blob of fat in my mouth. I'lltake my fat in the herbed butter melted over the top of the steak and cauliflower mash (made with butter and boursin cheese).

See if there are any places in Perth that use it or something like it? My private health covered $45 of the initial consult, I was planning to spend the $40 for the scan this month anyway, so I only paid $45 more than I had planned. Thebest part is last month I brought my Aria scale with me. Got off their machine and on to…

Maybe it's a MI thing? I'm with Dan. I have never had these urges/craving things you all are discussing. I only work out because I'm told that it will make me healthy. I prefer to read a book.

I keep hard boiled/devilled eggs in the fridge as a protein snack. They can give a protein/fat boost without adding too much volume in your stomach

That upper arm muscle that wraps from your tricep around to the bicep.
